| Application Note: The ProSort 50/50 is designed to satisfy a variety of problems that occur when transferring cartons or totes from one form of conveyor to another. It allows for right angle transfers at a rate up to 60 cycles per minute and weights ranging from one pound to 100 pounds with a consistent speed and force. All transfers are placed onto the adjacent conveying source without a change in speed or alignment.
This unit, due to its compact design, allows for more flexibility in design layout. This unit can be adapted to power belt, power roller or gravity roller with applications from 12 in. through 36 in. in overall width. Special applications available upon request and proper testing.
